End-User License Agreement (EULA)

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE pdf-flip DOWNLOAD SOFTWARE (the “Software”). BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (either an individual or an entity) and [Your Company Name], the developer of the pdf-flip Download Software (“Licensor”).
1. Grant of License
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on your devices for personal or internal business purposes.
Installation: You may install and use one copy of the Software on a single device.
2. Restrictions
- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or otherwise modify the Software.
- Redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Software to third parties, except as explicitly authorized in writing by the Licensor.
- Use the Software in any manner that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
3. Intellectual Property
The Software and all related content, including but not limited to software code, user interface design, and documentation, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that all rights, title, and interest in the Software remain with Licensor.
4. Support and Updates
Licensor may provide updates, patches, or other modifications to the Software at its discretion. Such updates may be subject to additional terms and conditions. The Software may periodically check for updates; however, you may disable this feature at any time.
5. No Warranty
The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Licensor does not guarantee that the Software will meet your requirements or that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. You assume the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software.
6. Limitation of Liability
Licensor’s liability for any claim related to this Agreement shall be limited to the amount you paid for the Software. In no event shall Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from the use of or inability to use the Software.
7. Term and Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the Software and deleting all copies of it from your devices. Licensor may terminate this Agreement if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.
8. Privacy and Data Collection
By using the Software, you acknowledge and agree to Licensor’s Privacy Policy, which describes the information that may be collected and how it may be used. Licensor does not collect personal data without your consent and will take reasonable steps to protect your privacy.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations concerning the Software.
10. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
